Simpson home $8 million, Jessica puts her Beverly Hills house on the market . Singer-television personality Jessica Simpson, who bought a Hidden Hills estate from Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne earlier this year, has put her home in the 90210 ZIP Code up for sale at $7.995 million.

The Hamptons-inspired traditional was built in 1991 and recently renovated. Features include high ceilings, a commercial-grade kitchen, a media room, an office/library, a gym, five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 5,500 square feet of living space. There is a stone courtyard with a koi pond and a swimming pool.

The 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath custom-built home evokes the Fashion Star judge’s classic taste — the white-themed interior is accented with rich details like ebonized hardwood floors, sweeping staircase, high ceilings, restaurant-style gourmet kitchen, media room, office, library and gym.
