Queen Elizabeth Gives Handwritten Consent to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

The same day the Palace announced Bishop Curry's role in the ceremony, it also released an image of the official Instrument of Consent, the hand-written document which records the Queen's consent to the couple's marriage.

It states: "Now know ye that we have consented and do by these presents signify our consent to the contracting of matrimony between our most dearly beloved grandson Prince Henry Charles Albert David of Wales KCVO and Rachel Meghan Markle".

A detail of the "Instrument of Consent", Queen Elizabeth's formal consent to Prince Harry's forthcoming marriage to Meghan Markle.

She has given her approval to the marriage in an Instrument of Consent, which is a hand-written document that will be given to the loved-up couple after they tie the knot. To the left of the text is a red dragon, the heraldic symbol of Wales, together with the UK's floral emblems-the rose, thistle and shamrock. Vellum is only used for extremely important State documents since it's a very old school form of parchment. There are also olive branches beneath it which were inspired by the Great Seal of the United States.

As one of the first six people in line to the throne, Harry had to obtain permission from the Sovereign to be Wednesday under the Succession to the Crown Act 2013.

Mets created total chaos by batting out of order against the Reds
Bruce gets penalized because Flores and Cabrera batted out of order, which is sort of silly, but those are the rules. Can someone send this down to the third base dugout? The Mets are 18-17 and have lost eight of their last nine games.

Meanwhile, wedding preparations are on in full swing with thousands of royal fans and well-wishers expected to descend upon the town of Windsor next weekend. She will fall somewhere between the two with a modern wedding dress that keeps her look young yet classically feminine, perhaps with a nod to the style of a Hollywood icon, such as Audrey Hepburn.

That's the weather forecast Britain's Met Office has offered for Saturday in Windsor, England, where Prince Harry and American actress Meghan Markle are having their wedding. "I know that she will be unbelievably good at the job part of it as well".

They will then return to Windsor Castle for a lunch reception, before Harry's dad Prince Charles throws an evening party for select guests.

Ralph & Russo are the leading favourites to design Meghan's wedding dress at odds of 1/4, according to Ladbrokes.
