The Conner Family is still relevant in America

Roseanne is back, and so is Roseanne Barr.

Executive producer/actress Roseanne Barr, actors John Goodman, Lecy Goranson and Sarah Chalke of the television show Roseanne speak onstage during the ABC Television/Disney portion of the 2018 Winter Television Critics Association Press Tour at The Langham Huntington, Pasadena on January 8, 2018 in Pasadena, California.

Metcalf hasn't changed a bit in the intervening years (she can tap into the overdramatic Jackie in a second) but Barr isn't quite the same Roseanne.

The actress, 65, wore an olive green floral shirt over a lacy cream top with a matching scarf, dark blue jeans and a pearl necklace to the set of the ABC morning show, in which she was seated on the program's trademark plaid couch with a quilted cover alongside co-stars John Goodman and Laurie Metcalf.

Sara Gilbert is on the show as Darlene Conner.

"I think you accused her of being a murderer, didn't you?" asked Kimmel.

Police question Netanyahu for second time
Israeli police investigators have also been grilling Netanyahu for corruption over his involvement in cases 1000 and 2000. A security cabinet meeting scheduled for Wednesday will take place as planned, an Israeli official told Reuters .

Barr now has a reboot of the sitcom, which is heavily political.

"Of course", Barr told the site during a fan event.

Kimmel then said: "How about Captain Wacko we got running the country?"

"No, I kept it and I'm not bringing it back". She said: 'We don't want [Mike] Pence!

Michael Fishman, who played D.J., the youngest Conner kid, said he was just 6 years old when he landed the role. He's talking about a movie, but the statement works for "Roseanne", too.

"Most people struggle, most people are quirky, most people are weird, so I think it's always important and that's what we hope to do, is let people feel like instead of - that's a TV family, let them feel like, oh that's my family", said Sara Gilbert, who played one of Roseanne's daughters.
