Two injured after fire at Trump Tower in NY


A fire was reported Monday morning (Jan. 8) on the roof of Trump Tower in NY, according to multiple media reports.

President Donald Trump was "feared dead" after a small fire broke out at his New York City building. WPIX reports the rooftop fire was noticed by the Secret Service, who alerted building officials who were able to track the blaze to its source in a vent.

Images showed dark plumes of smoke billowing from the building's roof just after 7 a.m.
