Freezing rain, measurable snow Wednesday, Thursday


A few lingering snow showers will be possible this weekend with otherwise partly to mostly cloudy skies and highs in the upper 20s to low 30s. Wednesday night, mostly cloudy, with a low around 44. South wind 8 to 10 miles per hour.

There is a 90 percent chance of rain Friday before noon, which may turn to snow throughout the day as temperatures drop down to about 25 degrees. South southeast wind 8 to 11 miles per hour. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent.

Saturday, the high will be near 19 with partly sunny skies, the weather service said.
