Pink will sing national anthem at Super Bowl


Pop singer Pink will sing the national anthem before Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis this year.

You read that correctly. Three time Grammy award victor P!nk will sing this year's Star Spangled Banner.

We have no doubt that both Wailes and Pink will do an awesome job when the Super Bowl rolls around next month.

According to Dan Hanzus of, the singer will perform the national anthem before the championship clash.

Pink hinted at the gig on Twitter to fans, saying she was "really looking forward to 2018" and "some other stuff that's a secret still". The singer has been vocal about her views on President Donald Trump and his response to the protests. You could also say she's the unofficial opening act for Justin Timberlake, who will make his eagerly anticipated return to the Super Bowl to perform yet another halftime show.
