Hannibal Buress Fights With Cops, Gets Arrested, and It's Caught on Video

After about several minutes of back-and-forth, Buress eventually had to be forced into the vehicle by one of the officers. "What I am detained for?" Hannibal - who stars in the Spider-Man: Homecoming film - said the police are "making it harder" and he's just "chilling". 'You don't have probable cause for anything and you're hella stupid right now'. The entertainment website, TMZ, posted the video on their website.

Wynwood is the site of numerous events related to Art Basel, an annual arts fair that attracts numerous celebrities to the city.

Miami Police did not respond to calls and an email requesting to release the report on Sunday.

Told to leave, Buress instead entered a restaurant, and the officer followed to retrieve him.

A video was captured of the 34-year-old Chicago native being arrested, which was quickly spread on social media. When the video begins, Buress is already cuffed and can be heard asking officers repeatedly if he was under arrest and what the charge was.
