Bryan Singer sued for allegedly raping 17-year-old boy in 2003

Cesar Sanchez-Guzman claims in a new court document that in about 2003, during a party on a yacht in Washington State, Singer lured him into a bedroom and demanded sex from him.

Singer is then said to have performed oral sex on Sanchez-Guzman before forcibly penetrating him in the anus, Guzman alleges. When Sanchez-Guzman refused, Singer allegedly forced him onto a bed and raped him.

It is alleged the X-Men director forced the lad to perform oral sex on him and raped him.

"If you ever want to get into Hollywood, I could help you", Sanchez-Guzman said Singer told him.

"Bryan categorically denies these allegations and will vehemently defend this lawsuit to the very end", Brettler said in an email.

Singer had been accused of similar behaviour with underage male teens in two legal cases that were dropped.

'When Sanchez-Guzman filed for bankruptcy only a few years ago, he failed to disclose this alleged claim when he was supposed to identify all of his assets, but conveniently, now that the bankruptcy court discharged all of his debts, he is able to recall the alleged events.

Bryan Singer has denied allegations of raping a then 17-year-old boy in 2003.

The lawsuit, filed Thursday, comes three days after 20th Century Fox fired Singer, 52, from his directorial duties on a biopic about Queen frontman Freddie Mercury.

Finally, Sanchez-Guzman seeks "general and specific damages" from Singer for, among other things, "emotional distress, mental aguish, physical and mental pain and suffering", stemming from the alleged attack. Egan later parted ways with his attorney after he said he was pressured into taking a settlement.

Michael Pfau, the attorney who filed the current lawsuit, was not involved in that previous case, however, he admits he took Sanchez-Guzman's case after a referral from Jeffrey Herman.

Egan in 2015 pleaded guilty to fraud in an unrelated federal case in North Carolina.

Only three days ago, Singer was sacked from his job directing the Freddy Mercury biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, reportedly for being absent too often from the set (Singer said the absences were due to his caring for a sick parent). The decision came after reported clashes with lead actor Rami Malek and set no-shows.
