"Star Wars" actor Harrison Ford assisted a woman in southern California after she crashed her vehicle off the road Sunday. It is unclear what the cause of the accident was, but fortunately the woman only suffered minor injuries.

Ford, 75, was driving along the California State Route 126 in Santa Paula when the driver in front of him swerved onto an embankment, TMZ reported.

On the other hand, the only thing that seems to make this movie any different than San Andreas is that it features giant animals. It is executive produced by Marcus Viscidi, Johnson, Dany Garcia, Jeff Fierson and Wendy Jacobson.

Officials say a woman was involved in a single-car crash Sunday and Ford ran to help before first responders arrived on scene.

This isn't the first time that the actor has shown quick-thinking and a willingness to help others in potentially unsafe situations. But did you know the man who plays both Indiana Jones and Han Solo is just as much a hero off-screen? Back in September, he was captured on video directing traffic in NYC's Midtown Tunnel after cars were stuck in standstill traffic because of a vehicle crash pile up inside the tunnel. Ford and others managed to get the unidentified driver out of the vehicle.
