Did 76ers drop the ball by not trading for Eric Bledsoe?

After weeks of trade rumors, the Suns have finally parted ways with Eric Bledsoe in exchange for Greg Monroe and a future first round pick from the Bucks.

Bledsoe now heads to an up-and-coming Bucks team that has an established young star in Giannis Atentekoumpo and a direction for their franchise, something Bledsoe wanted.

Meanwhile, Greg Monroe is averaging just 6.8 points and five rebounds in roughly 16 minutes in five games this season. The trade has given the Bucks a $3.38 million trade exception that will be available to use for one year, in addition to their $5 million trade exception that will expire in February. With Parker set to become a restricted free agent, Milwaukee could move into the luxury tax next season if he plays well upon his return, another team makes him a lucrative offer and they are forced to match. With the trade, the Suns (4-7) now have three first-round picks in 2018.

Neighbor Arrested After Rand Paul Is Assaulted At His Kentucky Home
Hodges said Boucher would have faced more serious charges if had he used a weapon or if Paul had been injured seriously. Paul was mowing his lawn at the time of the attack, television station WAVE-TV in Kentucky reported .

Bledsoe has not been with the team since tweeting "I Dont wanna be here" on October 22, just an hour before Phoenix fired head coach Earl Watson. A tweet that Bledsoe tried to say was in regards to being at a hair salon, but apparently the league didn't buy that excuse. Bledsoe was told by management, according to sources, that the team had underperformed ever since he was given starting point guard responsibilities. In those losses, the team has been brutalized by opposing centers-Steven Adams, Andre Drummond, and Dwight Howard combined to average 18.3 points and 12.3 rebounds on 66.7 percent shooting from the field.

Bledsoe has battled injuries in the past - he underwent knee surgeries in 2011, 2014 and 2015 - but has been encouragingly healthy since then, despite Phoenix shutting him down for the final month of last season. His production dipped last season, when he played 81 games without making a start.
