Bradley Beal, John Wall confident of Wizards' status among top in East

To add insult to injury, Wall spoke with ESPN's Rachel Nichols before Friday's game and said he believes the Cavaliers intentionally dropped games during the end of last year's regular season to avoid matching up with the Wizards in second round of the playoffs.

No it wasn't a playoff game and the Cavs aren't in first place because of that win either, but that isn't Lebron's fault as he continues to be the real MVP of the National Basketball Association.

Even the Lakers seem to think they have a chance to land LeBron, as they will have a boatload of cap space next summer and have their eyes on James, Paul George and other top free agents.

James also delivered 11 rebounds and seven assists on Friday for the Cavaliers, who shot 56 percent from the field and improved to 4-5 on the season. Cleveland leads the National Basketball Association with points on 68 percent on its drives, while Washington ranks second at 63 percent.

RECALL ALERT: 37-million fire extinguishers being recalled
Kidde will replace all of the recalled extinguishers for free; proof of purchase is not required. The products were sold at many stores, including The Home Depot, Walmart, Amazon.com and others.

Cavs coach Tyronn Lue offered a sarcastic response to the comments following the Cavs' win: "They're right: They are the best team in the East". The Hawks entered Friday with the worst record in the Eastern Conference.

Late in the third quarter, Wall crashed into Channing Frye as he tried to drive to the basket, and went down in agony. It's definitely tough for many Wizards fans, to see that even after eight years of being in the league Wall has yet to develop a consistent jump shot. "That's what happens certain nights with great players". He's slated to undergo an X-ray Friday after the game, Candace Buckner of the Washington Post reports. Guys where LeBron doesn't have to carry the load every night. Frazier is only averaging 3.0 points per game and 4.6 assists. Rose also went 6 for 7 in the period, scoring 13, as the visitors went up 42-36. Hopefully, he can turn things around.

The Wizards are, unsurprisingly, significantly better this season when Wall is on the court, but the on/off splits for the offense are especially staggering.
