A new map called Blizzard World and a new hero named Moira were revealed for Overwatch during BlizzCon today, and both look absolutely tantalizing. This makes it the fifth new character that has been put in Overwatch, alongside Sombra, Anna, Orisa, and Doomfist.
No release date for BlizzardWorld or Moira has been revealed just yet. She hasn't gotten an official character short yet, if she will at all, but she'll likely be a terror on the battlefield whether she gets a short of her own or not. A quick trailer shows what she brings to the table in battle.
Bionic Orb: Moira launches a rebounding biotic sphere; she can choose between a regeneration effect that heals the allies it passes through, or a decay effect that deals damage to enemies.
She's got to balance these, though: using the healing attack, she expends energy, which is then replenished with her damaging attack, which also heals Moira. She is a biotic-based hero that uses her powers for either damage or healing in a moment's notice during a match.

Fade - Moira quickly teleports a short distance.
As a support hero, Moira is of course first and foremost a healer, and her Biotic Grasp proves that.
There's no telling when Moira will be released, but hopefully when she does she'll be really fun to play. Able to alter DNA at a cellular level, it looked like one of the best steps to stamping out diseases and disorders that had ever been researched, but her peers weren't happy with the findings. Her ultimate ability, Coalescence, lets her unleash a beam that will heal any allies caught in it, or deal damage to any foes caught inside of it.
