Alicia Keys Returns to The Voice for Season 14

The fifteen-time Grammy Award victor will join Blake Shelton, Adam Levine and newcomer Kelly Clarkson on the NBC singing-competition show. The clip is brief but it already manages to show off the chemistry between Kelly and her fellow coaches, especially Alicia herself. Now she is back on The Voice and ready to defend her "crown", as she tells Kelly Clarkson in the video announcement. Finally, Alicia pops out and she and Kelly have a little lovefest before they vow to "kick these boys' a****". She coached on season 11 and then coached contestant Chris Blue to victory during Season 12.

Variety reports that Paul Telegdy, president of Alternative and Reality Group at NBC Entertainment, lauded Keys for the high level of expertise she brings to the coaching job.

Although Keys' return seems to be highly anticipated, at the moment, "The Voice" Season 13 is still taking place.

Last year Keys released her sixth studio album "Here", on RCA Records.

It looks like fans are going to see another familiar face when the "The Voice" Season 14 premieres.

Will Gwen Stefani return, too?

Although Blake Shelton and Adam Levine have been mainstays on The Voice since its debut, the other two swivel chairs have been something more of a revolving door. Are you disappointed that neither Miley or Jennifer Hudson will be back for season 14?
