It features no music whatsoever, just what a looks to be a CGI snake/tentacle swishing back and forth, the clip glitching.

The singer's last project, 1989, was released in October 2014.

That's not all. An executive at Taylor's record label, Big Machine, tweeted and deleted a photo of a clock set to 2:50 previous year - which just so happens to be when the eclipse will be visible in NY, where Taylor lives.
